INTELLECTUAL MODES OF WORK
Advantages of microprocessor control
Constant Voltage: Uses a constant voltage to charge the battery, checking that the charging current is not too high, reducing it during the process.
Constant Current: Indicates that the battery voltage is lower than the set voltage of the charger, but the charger will maintain a constant battery charging current.
Floating charge modulation: When the battery voltage approaches the rated voltage and the charging current is already low to the set current, it will switch to floating charge modulation. This means that the battery is charged, but is constantly checked for voltage drops and automatically charged with alternating current.
Floating charge modulation: this mode supports full battery charge.

8-STEP CHARGING
STEP 1: DIAGNOSTICS: analysis of the battery, its charge and the correct connection of the battery to the rectifier.
STEP 2: DESULFATE: Recognizing a sulfated battery, a low-voltage, high-current pulse charge removes sulfate from the battery plates, restoring it to its original capacity.
STEP 3: ANALYSIS: Checking that the battery is not damaged and can accept charging current - prevents charging a damaged battery.
STEP 4: SOFT START: If the battery is not damaged, it starts charging with a relatively low current (about 15%), gradually increasing its value.
STEP 5: PRIMARY CHARGE: Charge with a maximum current of constant intensity with a value that is automatically adjusted depending on the state of charge of the battery, until reaching 80% of the battery capacity.
STEP 6: FINAL CHARGE: Charge with decreasing current and constant voltage until 100% battery capacity is reached.
STEP 7: ANALYSIS: Battery charge test lasting approximately 2 minutes - if the battery charge level does not decrease after charging is stopped, the charging process is complete.
STEP 8: PULSE: Monitor battery voltage and maintain optimal charge at 95-100% capacity with charging current pulses.

MCU CONTROL (MICROPROCESSOR)
Security features
Overvoltage protection - the protection is activated when the charging voltage is set other than the specified parameter.
Battery diagnostics function - the charger constantly monitors the state of the battery.
Overheat Protection: When the temperature of the charger exceeds 150°C, the charger will stop charging. When the temperature drops to 80°C or the charger turns off for about 10 minutes, after this time the battery can be charged again.
Short Circuit Protection: When a short circuit occurs, it automatically stops. This will be indicated by a long beep. Just gently plug in the charger and it will charge automatically.
Reverse connection protection: If the (+/-) terminals are mistakenly connected in the reverse direction, the charger will alarm with intermittent long beeps. After connecting the clips correctly, it will charge.
